Terms of Use

1. These terms set the conditions for playing Critical Point (the “game”), provided by the Critical Point developer (“we”). By playing, you agree to them.
2. The game is fiction. Its people, companies, banks, institutions and events have nothing to do with real ones, and its financial judgments are not investment or financial advice.
3. The web version is free, with no ads and no payments. Chips, stakes, vaults and scores in the game are not money or goods and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged.
4. The public leaderboard is a playtest ranking. It may be cleared when the rules of the table change, and records that do not meet the rules may be left off it.
5. On the player board you may not harass anyone, reveal someone's personal information, or post ads or unlawful content. We may hide such posts without notice.
6. Do not copy or redistribute the game without permission, or send automated requests to the server to disrupt the leaderboard or the board.
7. We may change the game, or end the service after giving notice. Progress is saved on your device, and a summary of your records can be downloaded as a file with “Share summary” (공유 요약) on the result screen.
8. Unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not responsible for progress lost when browser storage is cleared.
9. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
